Autopay Enrollment

The AutoPay program allows you to automatically pay fees using a credit card or bank account.

AutoPay Enrollment

To enroll in the AutoPay program, first select if you want fees deducted from your credit card or from your bank account.

Credit Card Information

You can enroll in the AutoPay program using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. For the billing address, enter the address your credit card company has on file.

Checking Account Information

Your bank account must be with a Canada based financial institution to enroll in the AutoPay program. We are unable to accept information for bank accounts located in another country.

Locating Your Routing Number, Bank Account Number, and Name on Account

Refer to the below image for locating your routing and bank account numbers and name on account from a check.

Your Routing Number will contain exactly 8 digits while the bank account number can contain any number of digits.

Update AutoPay Information

If your account is already enrolled in the AutoPay program, you can update or change the information for your credit card or bank account.

Update Credit Card Information

When updating your credit card information, your credit card number is not shown for security purposes. Leave the Card Number field blank to keep the current card number on file. Once the changes are complete click the "Save Changes" button.

Update Bank Account Information

When updating your bank account information, your bank account number is not shown for security purposes. Leave the Account Number field blank to keep the current account number on file. Once the changes are complete click the "Save Changes" button.

When is my Credit Card or Checking Account Debited?

Once every 4 week cycle we will attempt to debit your credit card or checking account for the cash fees due on your ITEX account according to the following schedule:

  • Credit Card - The first Wednesday following the end of a 4 week billing cycle.
  • Checking Account - The second Friday following the end of a 4 week billing cycle.
